Long Term Care offers quality care in a warm, home-like environment that is anchored in spirituality and delivered by a team of caring, compassionate, and dedicated staff who embrace a resident-focused philosophy of mind, body, and spirit.
Our comprehensive, compassionate adult, pediatric and perinatal palliative care aims to help patients and families as they endure
the difficulties and challenges associated with serious, life-limiting and terminal illnesses.
Notre Dame Hospice provides adult and pediatric hospice care, delivered through Notre Dame At Home, for individuals who are nearing the end of life. A wide range of services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who will bring comfort to individuals who are terminally ill.
